John Buckholz, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Buckholz holds an extensive experience in selection and education for residents in the specialty of Foot and Leg Surgery. He was director of education in three podiatric residencies, and the first international podiatric-orthopedic surgical residents’ exchange program with Germany. With his years in experience, Dr. Buckholz realized the inherent need for a science dedicated to select, teach, and educate residents. Through research and implementation in the Science of Performance, Dr. Buckholz has developed the ultimate method to select and educate residents. 

Dr. Buckholz’s medical experience includes:

  • Professor of Podiatric Surgery, Dean, and Vice President of Clinical Education at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Philadelphia.
  • Founding surgeon for the Specialty Hospital in Denver, Colorado: Highlands Hospital.
  • Director of Podiatric Education and Residency Training: Highlands Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the present St. John’s Hospital of Detroit.
  • North American Podiatric Scientific Chairman of the Swiss Association for Osteosynthesis

Carrie Hartung, BSN, BS, RN

Carrie Hartung has 25 years experience in both fields of psychology and psychiatry, providing her with practical knowledge and expertise applied to psychological assessment. Having a day to day, 17 year experience as a clinical psychiatric nurse, her understanding for the use of behavioral and trait assessments is invaluable. Toward this endeavor, she has developed best practice models and employee development procedures for assessing healthcare professionals. She is also specialized in performance and quality assurance. She is a certified professional behavior analyst, a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Mr. Bristol’s experience spans over 35 years, with a focus in leadership, project management, and the information technology (IT) industry. He has successfully planned, marketed, developed, and implemented innovative solutions for public and private sector clients. Mr. Bristol has demonstrated skills in strategic planning, business process re-engineering (BPR), enterprise-wide project management, and ledership development. His keynote presentations and workshops are hightly praised by leaders nationally and internationally. Backed by his experience as a business owner, consultant, and educator, Mr. Bristol brings strong business and leadership acumen to bear as he works with CEO’s and their leadership team.
